Marathon Training Week 7

0a316a565497b44a93f3b97cbeffe3e1A busy week, so some days it was tough to squeeze runs in, but I was able to get through the week! I’m exhausted and sore, but one more week to halfway. I’m going to keep this short and sweet so I can go to bed!

  • Sunday: 3 miles
  • Monday: rest
  • Tuesday: 5 miles
  • Wednesday: 8.25 miles
  • Thursday: rest
  • Friday: 4 miles
  • Saturday: 13 miles
  • Total: 33.25 miles


Running math gets me through the longer runs.
